Contemporary Russia. Nadya gives up her dream of becoming a champion figure skater when she is hospitalized with an injury. But then she meets Sasha, a hockey player, who decides to teach her to believe in herself and her dream again.
Surgeon Zhenya Koroleva's life changes when a new Moscow manager, Ilya Sokolov, is assigned to the hospital where she works. He starts to build "a new order", while Zhenya struggles to give up her old ways. Despite the conflict, Zhenya and Ilya have to work together, side by side, saving lives; which gradually emerges into a budding romance.
