Isabel and Clara are two childhood friends separated by fate. Isabel is a naive provincial lass who works as an indigenous fabric weaver while Clara is the liberated city girl. Clara has gone wild after her mother runs off with another man. The two meet after years of separation when Clara returns to the barrio to visit her father, Roman. But their cultural difference further separates them as Lando, Isabel's boyfriend, enters into the picture. Lando, frustrated with Isabel's conservatism and idealism, turns his attention to Clara, which irked Isabel. Isabel, in turn, seduces Clara's father.

It was also known for being the most competitive soap, tied with Esperanza, which also ran from 1997 to 1999 and also spanned a film and a soundtrack entitled "Mula Sa Puso ni Esperanza" the TV series had various crossovers with prime time dramas such as Esperanza and the short-lived Mini series Sa Sandaling Kailangan Mo Ako.

The story revolves around lovers Yna Macaspac and Angelo Buenavista. Unbeknownst to them, their love story started 20 years earlier between Amor de Jesús and Eduardo Buenavista. Unfortunately, Amor and Eduardo's love will be destroyed because of greed, ambition, and lies. Amor returns to the Philippines as Amor Powers and vows revenge on the Buenavista family which will hurt her biological daughter, Yna, in the process. Meanwhile, Madam Claudia, Angelo's mother, will do anything to destroy Yna and Angelo's relationship and make Yna's life a nightmare.

Captain Barbell is a superhero drama television series based on a character of the same name created by Mars Ravelo. It was aired on Philippine television by GMA Network during weeknights on its primetime block. The series premiered on May 29, 2006, and last aired on January 12, 2007. It also aired worldwide, with a three-week delay on GMA Pinoy TV. Richard Gutierrez plays the superhero, Captain Barbell and his alter ego, Teng. Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay is a Filipino soap opera, produced by ABS-CBN and Star Cinema. It started in the year 2002 and ended in the year 2003. The critically acclaimed and top-rating teleserye won the CMMA Best Drama Series and the PMPC Star Awards Best Primetime Drama Series. It is the first local soap opera that became a finalist to the Best Drama Series category of the International Emmy Awards. It was also part of the top five drama series of the Asian TV Awards. Kung Aagawin Mo Ang Langit or Losing Heaven is a Philippine drama produced by GMA Network and stars Carla Abellana, Michelle Madrigal and Mike Tan. Created by RJ Nuevas and directed by Jay Altarejos, it premiered last September 19, 2011, replacing Sisid in GMA's afternoon prime block. It is aired worldwide with a three-day delay on GMA Pinoy TV. The series concluded on February 3, 2012, it ran for 20 weeks with 100 episodes in all. It will be replaced by Broken Vow. The series is currently shown in Vietnam on TodayTV CTV7 as Paradise Lost.
